SHIPPING & RETURNS
Online Train Shop is proud to offer our customers shipping services within Canada and the United States. Orders shipped in Canada will be sent via Canada Post unless otherwise identified. Orders shipped from Canada to the United States will be handle by Canada Post until they reach the border, at which time, USPS will handle the order to the final destination. The same method will apply in reverse order, when orders are shipped from the United States to Canada.
Please be aware that for International shipping, there may be additional delays in the delivery times of the order. International orders may be subject to customs/duty fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. There may also be delays in delivery times due to the COVID-19 situation. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for our customers at checkout. Variables for charges on the order/items include; destination, size, weight, origin, handling fees and applicable taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy
Merchandise that is pre-owned or labelled final sale is sold as is. There is a no return, refund or exchange policy for these items. Online Train Shop does its due diligence to transparently provide as much information about these items as possible. Condition of the item, any known damage or defects, and other pertinent information will be listed.
Merchandise that is sold directly from the manufacturer, will have the return policy and warranty provided under that manufacturer's guidelines. Online Train Shop is not responsible for any damages, manufacturer defects, or related issues to items sold directly from a third party. All charges associated with returns to the manufacturer (ex. freight, shipping, insurance, etc.) are the customers responsibility. Initial shipping charges at the point of sale, will not be refunded by Online Train Shop.
Merchandise that a customer wishes to have exchanged for size , color, style, etc., may be subjected to additional charges including (freight, shipping, insurance, handling, new order charges, etc.). All merchandise wishing to be exchanged must be sealed in it's original packaging with all the original contents. There are no exceptions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Online Train Shop will not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for buyers remorse.
